Methods; Here we present few head and neck lesions with various pathology to illustrate the diagnostic value of MRA along with its influence on therapeutic decisions. Results; MRA has the ability to delineate both the anatomic relationships between head & neck pathology with normal surrounding structures, the tumour vascularity and the tumour feeding vessel. Conclusion; MRA provides sufficient information to aid and influence therapeutic decisions. It is recognized as an alternative to conventional angiography due to its non-invasive approach and less time consuming. 2007 Conference or Workshop Item PeerReviewed application/pdf en http://irep.iium.edu.my/23291/1/page1.pdf application/pdf en http://irep.iium.edu.my/23291/2/page2.pdf application/pdf en http://irep.iium.edu.my/23291/3/Poster_Neuroradio._Conf._Sing_2007.pdf application/pdf en http://irep.iium.edu.my/23291/4/6th_asian.pdf Kamarudin, Norie Azilah and Abdul Rahman, Zainun and Sa'at@Yusof, Azlin and Raja Lope Ahmad, Raja Ahmad Al'konee (2007) The value of magnetic resonance angiography in evaluation of head and neck pathology: a pictorial essay.
