This study focuses on the history of the Arabic language by discussing some views assume that the age of the ancient Arabic poetry had existed not more than two centuries before Islam.The evidences of this assumption could be found in ancient inscriptions carved either in the form of poetry or small basic info. Based on this hypothesis, the researcher attempts to highlight some Orientalists views in highlighting some documented evidences. We could not deny the contribution of them in collecting manuscripts from data ancient literature and inscriptions with the respect of epic of Gilgamesh, or Hammurabi Code, or the Iliad and Odyssey.
