A semi structured open-ended interview was carried out among seven international buyers of the different of part of the world directing their business from Bangladesh. The study finds that the current state of internet banking has not yet reached perfection due to several reasons like lack of security, lack of available information, excessive transaction time and so on. To address these reasons, bankers should train up their staff to dispense online banking facilities to customers more efficiently. Keeping on innovating new ideas and policies to make internet banking more attractive to customers can also be possible solutions. Apart from that, customers should be given necessary guidelines by bank staff on how to prevent their accounts, passwords and other confidential things from getting hacked. Bank authorities may also run campaigns to make people aware of cyber traps and fraudulent online temptations.
