The authority is therefore the service provider (through WASA-G) and the regulator. Further, the authority can give direction to government agencies to execute the scheme, if falling within the jurisdiction of the government agency. 2013-03-26T17:27:21Z 2013-03-26T17:27:21Z 2009-03-31 http://documents.worldbank.org/curated/en/2009/03/16360907/reform-gujranwala-water-sanitation-agency-wasa-g-design-institutional-framework-corporate-structure http://hdl.handle.net/10986/12930 English en_US CC BY 3.0 IGO http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/igo/ World Bank World Bank, Washington, DC Economic & Sector Work :: Other Infrastructure Study Economic & Sector Work South Asia India
