Chapter two details the methodology that underlies the impact evaluation, and provides details on the sampling design, sample selection, and field work protocols. The baseline findings for general household characteristics, handwashing behavior, child health, and child growth are presented in depth in chapter three. In chapter four authors conclude with a summary of the next steps of the impact evaluation study. 2014-03-13T21:12:25Z 2014-03-13T21:12:25Z 2010-11 http://documents.worldbank.org/curated/en/2010/11/13151151/scaling-up-handwashing-behavior-findings-impact-evaluation-baseline-survey-vietnam http://hdl.handle.net/10986/17272 English en_US Water and sanitation program technical paper CC BY 3.0 IGO http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/igo/ World Bank, Washington, DC Publications & Research :: Working Paper Publications & Research East Asia and Pacific Vietnam
