The study finds that, on the whole, these projects achieved their stated goals of poverty welfare reduction, poverty targeting, and increased access to services. Evidence on governance, social capital, spillovers, and conflict impacts, however, is found to be limited and mixed. 2015-09-14T22:00:17Z 2015-09-14T22:00:17Z 2013-02 Brief http://documents.worldbank.org/curated/en/2013/02/17669344/impacts-world-bank-cdd-programs-operational-research-implications http://hdl.handle.net/10986/22625 English en_US Social development notes;no 136.
