This paper reports on a randomized experiment in Jordan in which female community college graduates were randomly assigned to a soft skills training program. We elicit expectations of academics and development professionals and reveal that these findings are novel and unexpected. 2019-03-12T18:57:27Z 2019-03-12T18:57:27Z 2016-05-13 Journal Article IZA Journal of Labor and Development http://hdl.handle.net/10986/31377 CC BY 4.0 http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 World Bank Springer Publications & Research :: Journal Article Publications & Research Middle East and North Africa Jordan |
