In light of the insecurity which limits the possibilities to collect the necessary information to target the vulnerable residents of Port-au-Prince, this paper aims at providing meaningful evidence to inform the remote targeting and delivery of a potential social assistance program. Putting together household and geospatial data, we compute a composite vulnerability indicator for the metropolitan area, offering a first snapshot of inequality and vulnerability within the city, and discuss the results’ implications for social protection programming. 2022-05-16T21:32:50Z 2022-05-16T21:32:50Z 2022-03 Working Paper http://documents.worldbank.org/curated/en/099755004052229567/IDU09eb3d5e00298d043ee09e740fa2adfe56744 http://hdl.handle.net/10986/37443 English Social Protection & Jobs Discussion Paper;2205 CC BY 3.0 IGO http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/igo World Bank World Bank, Washington, DC Working Paper (Numbered Series) Latin America & Caribbean Haiti
