While country- and bank-level estimations indicate an increase in the share of municipalities with bank branches and in the likelihood of bank presence, bank-municipality regressions show that only rich and urban municipalities benefited. Overall, the evidence is consistent with a decline in outreach. 2012-03-30T07:32:34Z 2012-03-30T07:32:34Z 2010 Journal Article Journal of Financial Intermediation 10429573 http://hdl.handle.net/10986/5386 EN http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/igo World Bank Journal Article Mexico
