The main objective of this project paper is to identify the influence of dimension of political skill toward stakeholders‟ satisfaction. The independent variables of this study consist of four dimensions under political skill which are social astuteness, networking ability, interpersonal influence and apparent sincerity. While, the dependent variable of this study is stakeholders’ satisfaction. The researcher has adopted the descriptive research on the issue. Then, the researcher’s sampling design is non-probability sampling which is convenience and purposive sampling method with 85 questionnaires were distributed to employees at different department in this organization. Data were collected and evidences are being processed by using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) program and Partially Least Square (PLS). The analysis includes the composite reliability, convergent validity, discriminant validity, frequency distribution and descriptive analysis. Based on the findings, the result shows that, the hypothesis testing display only interpersonal influence and apparent sincerity are accepted, while the other two hypotheses concerning social astuteness and networking ability are rejected. In conclusion, it shows that individual who adopts political skill in their workplace will ultimately increase their performances and stakeholders' satisfaction.
