Summary:Malaysia, the rate of unemployment among fresh graduates is high since many graduates are found lacking of what are needed to acquire and maintain their jobs. An employability skill is a passport for an individual to step into a challenging working industry. The more employability skills that they possess, the greater the possibility and chance for them to get better placement. The purpose of this research paper is to investigate graduates’ employability in Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) Cawangan Melaka Kampus Bandaraya. Human Capital Theory which was popularized by Schultz formed the theoretical framework for this study. The independent variables of this research consist of Interpersonal Skills, Problem Solving Skills and Communication Skills. The research model is examined by using a survey approach on the graduates in UiTM Cawangan Melaka Kampus Bandaraya. Meanwhile, the researchers used questionnaires as the method to collect all the data from the respondents in completing the research objective. Plus, the data of this study was analyzed and interpreted into readable and informative data through Descriptive Analysis, Reliability Analysis, Pearson’s Correlation and Multiple Regression.
