The environment for information and knowledge sharing has been transformed by technology, search engines such as Google and Yahoo have become the daily tool of thousands of people, on both a personal and business level. These people no longer willing to spend their time to consult an information agency for help, they could just use a search engine to go straight to the sources. Therefore, libraries throughout the world have given their best efforts in order to advance their services in order to fulfil the needs of the users. In this case, the use of Information Technology or ICT comes first as a medium to solve the problems. From the use of Information Technology and Information Communication Technology in library services, has resulting into the Library Webpage. In this research scope which is University Library Website (ULW). The researcher will interpret the acceptance and use of University Library Website among the UiTM Kedah students. Through this research, researcher will try to gain as much as information regarding the user’s attitudes, behavioral intention and purpose of use toward using the University Library Website. Researcher will also try to convey the perceive usefulness, perceive ease of use, and perceive information quality towards using the University Library Website library users.
