Description
Summary:A Practice Note 17 (PN17) Company is a listed company in the Malaysian Stock Exchange that is financially distressed or does not have a core business or has failed to meet minimum capital or equity (less than 25% of the paid-up capital). The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between liquidity, leverage, activity, cash flow, consumer’s price index and the interest rate on the financial performance of PN17 company in Malaysia by using the time series data for the period of eight years (2009 - 2017).
