In fact higher expectation also goes to rooms especially pertaining to cleanliness and hygiene, courtesy of the bellman, receptionist plus the fast check-in, friendly, personalized service and ability in terms of communication. Overall, the significant finding of this study indicates that hotel operators are required to understand in depth or be more alert towards the needs and demands of the Arab tourists pertaining to the preceding mentioned attributes. The implications also go to the government, local tourists' agencies and other related authorities. These bodies should take the necessary action on priority basis to grab the significance inflow of tourists from this region by enhancing the development and sustaining the tourism and hospitality products. All in all, it could be contended that a strong relation between government, local authorities, privates agencies and hotel operators should be fostered to ensure the tourists needs especially towards potential markets ; in this case among the Arab tourists can be provided. Failure to develop such a unity of approach would certainly tarnish the intention of the central government to see Malaysia as the top tourist destination in this region. 2007 Thesis NonPeerReviewed text en http://ir.uitm.edu.my/id/eprint/3394/1/TM_ZULKIFLI%20IBRAHIM%20HM%2007_5%201.pdf Ibrahim, Zulkifli (2007) Travelling pattern and the preferences / inclination of the Arab tourists towards hotel products and services / Zulkifli Ibrahim.
