Methanol gave highest yield of the Zingiber Officinale oil at 8 hours extraction time which is 27.33% of mass yield. 2010-11 Undergraduates Project Papers NonPeerReviewed application/pdf en http://umpir.ump.edu.my/id/eprint/5591/1/CD5619.pdf Nur Daniati, Zulkifli (2010) Extraction of Zingiber officinale oil by using soxhlet extraction method.
