The transformed non-similar boundary layer equations are solved numerically by an implicit finite-difference scheme known as the Keller-box method. The skin friction, rate of heat and mass transfer has been studied for the effect of amplitude of modulation, frequency of oscillation and micropolar parameters. The numerical results are given for the values of the Prandtl number Pr = 0.7 and Schmidt number Sc = 0.94. A comparison with the earlier published results for Newtonian fluid (K = 0) shows a very good agreement.
