Étienne Wasmer

Étienne Wasmer (born 1970) is a French economist. He specializes in labor economics, job search theory, discrimination and human capital. He was awarded the "Prix du meilleur jeune économiste de France" by Le Monde and the "Cercle des économistes" in 2006, a prize shared with Thierry Mayer (Paris-I). He is Professor of Economics at the Abu Dhabi campus of New York University. He previously taught microeconomics at Sciences Po Paris. Provided by Wikipedia
