Description
Summary:This note describes the innovative experience generated from this request: a country-led Poverty and Social Impact Analysis (PSIA). The project was designed to transfer capacity on how to measure distributional impacts of agricultural policies to Secretaria de Agricultura y Ganaderia (SAG) staff and to researchers and students from agricultural colleges. It also aimed at assessing the socio-economic impacts of the Government of Honduras (GoH's) response to the food crisis through the Bono tecnologico program. The project was developed in partnership with Regional Unit for Technical Assistance (RUTA), and financed by the German Development Cooperation, through the German PSIA Trust Fund.
