Summary:This study examines the factors that influence knowledge sharing orientation among student at Faculty of Administrative Science and Policy Studies in UiTM Melaka City Campus. Reviews of the literature show that there are few factors that influence knowledge sharing orientation among student. Studies done by other researchers were used as guidelines to determine what factors to be tested in this study and the factors are individual factor, class environment, peers influence and lecturers’ attitude. A questionnaire survey was distributed to 225 respondent among young people aged from 20 years old and above around Faculty of Administrative Science and Policy Studies in UiTM Melaka City Campus. A total of 225 valid responses were obtained. Data analysis shows that significant relationship exists between two factors and knowledge sharing orientation. Peers influence emerged as the most influential factor that influences knowledge sharing orientation towards among student followed by lecturers’ attitude factor.
